The Stairwage Story
For many years, Yann Le Floc'h has been interested in new technologies and new, more responsible business models. After launching a sustainable and responsible consumption model, he began looking for a new adventure that would have a positive impact on society. By talking to numerous HR managers, he discovered that employees had very few options to deal with financial contingencies. This is how Stairwage was born in 2020, with the mission of improving the financial well-being of millions of employees.
At the beginning of 2020, Yann met Jérôme Senot, also an entrepreneur. After creating a first startup in FoodTech, Jérôme is seduced by the Stairwage project, which brings meaning and technical challenges. Passionate about entrepreneurship and technology, Jérôme finds in this project an opportunity to use his skills to help people in financial difficulty.
The duo was formed: Jérôme joined the adventure as CTO and co-founder, thus giving birth to a promising collaboration for the future of Stairwage.

In 2020, Yann decided to launch a new business that had real meaning for him and had a positive impact on society. CTO & Co-founder
A graduate of École Polytechnique, Jérôme worked for several years at Engie before creating a first startup in FoodTech. At the beginning of 2020, he met Yann and fell in love with the Stairwage project, full of meaning and technical challenges.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and tech, he found a project that allows him to use his skills on a daily basis to help people in financial difficulties.
Sporty and a young dad, he likes to learn new things and help others improve.
